I had a home listed for several months and it wasn’t moving. Although I thought the home looked great, I decided to let Fran Mendelsohn from DRAB to FAB stage it. I just moved into a new home and didn’t know where to begin. Fran Mendelsohn from DRAB to FAB came over, asked my husband and I several questions about our likes and dislikes, budget, and time frame. Fran took many pictures of the areas that needed help and then she jumped right in to get started. We had some furniture, but we had it placed in an unappealing way. Fran knew exactly what to do with the furniture. OUR HOME SOLD IN TWO DAYS FOR OUR ASKING PRICE!! My husband and I were just delighted to work with Fran. She is so pleasant and professional, and her design sense is wonderful! I wish we had known about her when we moved into our home because her suggestions for placement of furniture really opened up our house and made it look top notch. She has a great sense of how to balance a room and make it feel uncluttered and relaxing to be in. She has great suggestions to use things you already have to decorate rooms so that you don’t have to spend a lot of money, and that was really helpful to us. We had our house on the market for 3 days, and after our first showing we received a great offer on it!! We will be moving to California, and when we eventually get a house out there I will definitely be sending pictures to Fran to ask for her design advice, and I’m sure that with her help our future home will look as great as our current home does now.
I can not say enough about Fran’s level of professionalism and customer service. She has an excellent eye for color, coordination and the “proper” placement of furniture.
